SHIPPING RATES & COSTS
- The rates of all the books available are updated on the website.
- The shipping charges include the Book cost and the courier charges (Subject to change as per the delivery site).
SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES
- The books are directly shipped from the Swasthya Homoeopathic Healing clinic through India post service and the expected delivery time within India ranges from 3-4 days and outside India 10-15 days.
- International shipping is also done through the India post service and the expected delivery time in 20-25 days. (*Conditions apply)
MISSING OR LOST PACKAGES
- There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a delivery exception.
- We would like you to notify us via a mail or phone call if your parcel has not been delivered in the expected time frame.
- This way we can immediately take appropriate actions and guide you smoothly through the process to the best possible solution.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- In International shipping usually the charges are sum total of the International book cost mentioned over the website and the India post courier charges as per the delivery site.
- We have a PayPal account updated over our website to make the international payment process smoother and quicker
RETURN & EXCHANGE INFERMATION
- Once the product is dispatched or paid it cannot be cancelled or paid to avoid inconvenience for both the parties.
- In case of any other genuine reason kindly drop us a mail or notify us on call and we will co operate to our best possibility.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
APPOINTMENT :
- Due to prior booked schedules, we request that in case of Appointment cancellation or rescheduling you cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours before a scheduled consultation session. This gives us the opportunity to fill the appointment slot and benefit the waiting patients. You may cancel or reschedule by phone or via mail.
- If you have to cancel your appointment prior to 24 hrs , we offer you a refund but if the cancellation is done after 24 hours or on uninformed Immediate basis, no refunds is given. The owner has the only right to be flexible here.
SEMINAR/WEBINAR :
- In case of 24 hours PRIOR Cancellation to the scheduled date of the start of a seminar or a webinar – Half the price of the total amount will be refunded. The bank transfer fees for the same will be deducted from the refund
- In case of cancellation 7 days prior to the scheduled date of the start of the webinar full amount will be refunded. The bank transfer fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
PHILOSIA PUBLICATIONS :
- If the order is cancelled prior to the dispatch of the order placed of books full amount will be refunded. The bank transfer fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
