I remember when I was a student I started carrying a diary with me, it was a black diary and I would carry it with me all the time.
What I read in the library from various books, what I heard from my teachers, from books I read related to different fields like physics, sports, mysticism, and Indian mythology, I would write down things which touched me, sounded interesting and peculiar to me, it had jokes, quotes, excerpts from passages…
As I kept writing and revisiting the pages of the book, slowly I realised that it had started to get a little flow to what I would put in it,as things started to come together it started making sense to me, and these scattered bits and pieces albeit now connecting gave rise to the concept of the Intuitive Case Witnessing Process – it was a journey of 3 steps a product of my writing, especially which came together in this manner which began with my scattered abstracts like an abstract imagination and gradually the dots started to connect into a form which was earlier formless…
So to understand myself consciously and subconsciously, me and health, me in disease, I have used this diary for me, where I have noted things which have spontaneously come to me, all these writings are nothing but a reflection of me, they all speak about me, my altered pattern, my similimum, my remedy, my uniqueness..
