A 6yr old girl, came with the complain of alopecia capitis ( 3 big patches on occiput , temporal area and one small patch on forehead area ) with motion sickness and recurrent fevers. With the child centric ( imaginary age centric ) case taking were appropriate child centric questions were asked and based on this tailor-made interview, tailor-made medicine was selected which matches with her illness and her mental emotional state . With few doses of medicine gradually all patches started improving and in one year all the patches completely improved , with improvement in motion sickness and recurrent fevers .
Now 2 and half years are over and patient is free of alopecia patches as well as other complains ,mentally emotionally her stubbornness improved, her connection with mother, father and brother improved , she started expressing her interest and hobbies and other things with us.
