Patient, Mrs. K.M is a patient of eczema. She had a huge patch over her sole which was full of dryness and skin over it had thickened. There was lot of itching and discomfort. Her core seen in every area of her life was, she was very scared of injuries and getting hurt. Thus she was very anxious about the patch also. While doing routine activities she will be extra cautious so that she doesn’t get hurt. Even in dreams she would see accidents and wake up looking scared, leading to a disturbed sleep
BEFORE TREATMENT
As you can see she had a hyperpigmented dry patch with scaling and lots of itching with occasional fluid discharge after scratching
AFTER TREATMENT
Completely disappeared with no symptoms at all. The pigmentation also reduced
